Refund Policy

1. Free Content
The first practice test for every certification on Pruvos is completely free with a registered account. No payment is required and no refund is applicable for free content.
2. Pro Subscription Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial Pro subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with Pruvos Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
- The 14-day guarantee applies to the first subscription payment only.
- One refund per account. Subsequent subscriptions are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method (PayPal).
3. Recurring Payments
Pro subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. Refunds are generally not provided for renewal charges. However:
- If you are charged after cancelling your subscription, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Visit our Contact page and submit a support request.
- Include the email address associated with your Pruvos account.
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
5. Plan Changes
If you switch between monthly and annual plans, no partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time on your current billing cycle. The new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests from the same account
- Bulk downloading of content prior to requesting a refund
- Account sharing or other violations of our Terms of Service
