By accessing or using Pruvos (pruvos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Pruvos is operated by TELCOMA Global.

2. Description of Service

Pruvos provides IT certification practice tests with exam-quality questions and detailed explanations. The platform offers a free tier (one practice test per certification) and a paid Pro subscription for full access.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions.
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, redistribute, or sell practice test content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download questions
  • Share your account or Pro access with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All practice test content, questions, explanations, and platform design are owned by TELCOMA Global and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for self-study only.

7. Disclaimer

Pruvos practice tests are designed for exam preparation and do not guarantee certification exam results. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the certification bodies whose exams we cover (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, ISC2, CompTIA, etc.). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pruvos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
