1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pruvos (pruvos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Pruvos is operated by TELCOMA Global.

2. Description of Service

Pruvos provides IT certification practice tests with exam-quality questions and detailed explanations. The platform offers a free tier (one practice test per certification) and a paid Pro subscription for full access to all tests, analytics, and cross-device sync.

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to access practice tests, including free ones.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Free and Paid Content

The first practice test for every certification is free with a registered account. All other tests require an active Pro subscription. Free access is provided indefinitely and will not be revoked for accounts in good standing.

5. Plans, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Free plan: $0 forever. Includes Test 1 of every certification plus Pruv exam coach (fair-use daily limits apply).
• Single Cert: One-time payment (e.g., $19 / ₹999) for lifetime access to all practice tests of one certification. No recurring charges.
• All Certs Pass: Recurring subscription billed monthly or annually, giving access to all certifications and the full question bank. Auto-renews unless cancelled.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay (INR transactions) or PayPal (USD transactions). Prices may vary by region.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, All Certs Pass access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Refunds

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell practice test content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download questions
• Share your account or Pro access with others
• Attempt to circumvent the paywall or access controls
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
• Upload malicious content or use the platform for unlawful purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All practice test content, questions, explanations, and platform design are owned by TELCOMA Global and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for self-study only.

9. Disclaimer

Pruvos practice tests are designed for exam preparation and do not guarantee certification exam results. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the certification bodies whose exams we cover (AWS, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, ISC2, CompTIA, etc.). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pruvos is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Pruvos shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of Pruvos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
